Terms and Conditions
for Anasa Mermaid Experiences


  1. Introduction
    Welcome to ANASA Mermaid Experience. These Terms and Conditions apply to all ANASA Mermaid Experience events, retreats, workshops, and trips organized worldwide.By booking and participating in any ANASA Mermaid Experience event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Booking and Payment
    2.1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
    2.2. A booking is confirmed only once payment (full or deposit, depending on the event) has been successfully received.
    2.3. Payment plans, deposits, and installment options may be available for selected events and will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
    2.4. Prices are listed in EUR (€) unless otherwise stated and may be subject to change without prior notice.
    2.5. All payments and booking arrangements may be processed by ANASA Mermaid Experience or through an authorized partner or agency, including but not limited to Thessa Mermaid Academy.
  3. Cancellation, Transfers & Rescheduling
    3.1. All payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.
    3.2. If a participant is unable to attend, they may transfer or resell their spot to another person. ANASA Mermaid Experience may assist by sharing the availability on social media but is not responsible for completing or guaranteeing the resale.
    3.3. If an event is canceled or postponed due to force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, extreme weather, or travel bans), the event will be rescheduled. No refunds will be issued.
    3.4. If an event is canceled by the organizers for reasons not related to force majeure, participants may be offered a transfer to another ANASA Mermaid Experience event or a partial refund, at the sole discretion of the organizers.
  4. Travel, Accommodation & Insurance
    4.1. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, participants are responsible for arranging their own travel, including flights, visas, transfers, and accommodation.
    4.2. Participants are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel, health, and accident insurance covering international travel, water activities, and unforeseen events.
    4.3. ANASA Mermaid Experience is not responsible for travel disruptions, including flight delays or cancellations, visa issues, lost luggage, or changes in travel plans.
  5. Participant Responsibilities & Health
    5.1. Participation in all activities is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.
    5.2. Participants confirm that they are physically and mentally fit to take part in the activities offered, including water-based and underwater experiences.
    5.3. Participants are responsible for monitoring their own health, limits, and safety during the event.
    5.4. ANASA Mermaid Experience and its team are not liable for injuries, illnesses, accidents, or medical issues occurring before, during, or after the event.
    5.5. Personal belongings are the sole responsibility of the participant. The organizers are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
  6. Water Activities & Certifications
    6.1. Participation in water-based activities may require basic swimming skills and comfort in water.
    6.2. Any certifications (such as PADI Mermaid courses) are optional and subject to additional requirements, fees, and successful completion of training and e-learning.
    6.3. Participants acknowledge that water activities involve inherent risks and agree to participate at their own responsibility.
  7. Equipment Rental & Damage
    7.1. Rental of mermaid tails, monofins, dresses, costumes, or other equipment is optional unless stated otherwise.
    7.2. Participants are responsible for any damage, loss, or misuse of rented equipment and may be charged for repair or replacement costs.
  8. Code of Conduct
    8.1. Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward other participants, staff, instructors, photographers, venue staff, and local communities.
    8.2. Disruptive, unsafe, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without refund or compensation.
  9. Media, Photography & Content Usage
    9.1. Photos and videos may be taken during the event by the organizers or authorized media partners.
    9.2. ANASA Mermaid Experience reserves the right to use this content for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes worldwide.
    9.3. Participants who do not wish to appear in promotional content must notify the organizers in writing before the event begins.
  10. Liability Waiver
    10.1. By participating, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with travel, water activities, and event participation.
    10.2. You release ANASA Mermaid Experience, its organizers, partners, instructors, photographers, and collaborators from any liability for injury, loss, damage, or claims arising from participation.
  11. Force Majeure
    11.1. The organizers are not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, political instability, or travel restrictions.
  12. Governing Law
    12.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece, unless otherwise required by applicable international regulations.
    12.2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Greece.
  13. Amendments
    13.1. ANASA Mermaid Experience reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
    13.2. Continued participation or booking after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
